About 3 French Hens Run
The 3 French Hens Run takes place on 8 December 2026 at Pengethley Manor near Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire. Runners and walkers tackle a 10 km trail course made up of four laps, each covering 2.5 km within the manor grounds. The route features a hill on every lap plus a series of undulating sections that wind through two vineyards.
Participants have seven hours to complete the distance. The event welcomes both on-the-day entrants and virtual participants. Race bibs are issued at registration for those taking part in person, while virtual runners receive a personalised bib by email.
