About 47th Mourne Mountain Marathon
The Mourne Mountain Marathon draws those with strong navigation skills and the stamina to match them. Held over two days in September in the Mourne Mountains near Newry, this competitive team event challenges pairs to cover between 35km and 55km of trail depending on their chosen class. Teams can enter at Elite, B, C or D level, with the event testing both route-finding ability and endurance across the Northern Irish terrain.
