About Arc of Attrition
Arc of Attrition by UTMB offers runners a choice of four distances across a single weekend event in January. Taking place from 22 to 24 January 2027, the races are based in Helston, Cornwall, with options to run 20 km, 50 km, 100 km or 100 metres on trail terrain.
The courses follow sections of the South West Coast Path through varied coastal landscapes. Runners should expect rugged cliff paths with sustained climbs and exposure to unpredictable winter coastal conditions. The event is part of the UTMB World Series.
