About ATW Grafham Water - Trail & Canicross
A 10 mile trail run that circles Grafham Water, this December race takes in the Woodland Nature Reserve, Dragonfly Pond and Sanctuary Bay before finishing with a final stretch along the dam wall. The route is open to runners aged 17 and over.
Active Training World also welcomes canicross participants to run the same 10 mile loop with their dogs. Dogs must wear a recognised harness and stay on leads, with the canicross field starting separately for safety. Water stations will have dog bowls and treats are available at the finish.
Those travelling from further afield can arrange accommodation nearby, with camping at Lakeview Paddock or dormitory-style rooms at Grafham Water centre both available for the night before.
