About Autumn Challenge Day 1
East Devon's Autumn Challenge Day 1 takes place on 10 October 2026 near Capel Lane in Exmouth, offering a seven-hour trail running event where participants can tackle distances ranging from 5.3k to ultra-marathon. The 5.3k route is an out-and-back tarmac course with gentle inclines and declines, providing opportunities to see fellow runners throughout the day. Certain points along the route offer glimpses of the sea.
Runners will collect their race numbers at headquarters on the day. An aid station in the same area serves savoury and sweet refreshments along with water, squash and coke (nut-free). Baggage access is available for each lap, and a goody bag is provided upon completion.
