About Autumn Time Trial Series
The Chilterns play host to this three-part evening trail time trial series, taking runners across varying terrain in the region throughout autumn 2026. Organised by Runaway Racing and licensed by the Trail Running Association, the Autumn Time Trial Series consists of races on 23 September, 21 October and 25 November, each covering approximately 8 kilometres. The marked courses feature rolling climbs and are run under chip timing with a rolling start window. Runners must be aged 16 or over and bring a head torch to each race.
Facilities at every event include parking, toilets and a warm village hall. The three venues—Hastoe Village Hall, The Lee Parish Hall and Bledlow Ridge Village Hall—each offer their own route variations with different elevation profiles. GPX files are provided for all three courses. Post-run refreshments are available after racing.
