Distances range from 2 km to 50 km, with options including a 10 km, Half Marathon, Marathon and 25 km, all starting from Green Park in Bath. Most courses follow an out-and-back format, though the 25 km finishes at Bristol Temple Meads Station. The routes are predominantly tarmac with minimal grass sections.
Runners tackling the Marathon face a 3.5-hour cut-off for the return leg, with an overall target finish time of 7.5 hours, while 50 km participants have a 4-hour cut-off and target 8.5 hours. The 2 km Fun Run, 10 km, Half Marathon and 25 km have no cut-offs. All routes are comprehensively marked and marshalled. Finishers receive medals, and professional photos are available for purchase. Buggy runners are welcome, though the event is not open to canicross.
