About Beyond Glasgow 55km Ultra & 25km Trail Runs
A 55km ultra and a 25km trail option give runners different ways to explore the countryside surrounding Glasgow on 8 May 2027. Both events start and finish at Glasgow Green, following signed routes through riverside paths, woodland, singletrack and open country.
The 55km route includes three feed stations along the way, while the 25km route has one. Both are marshalled and use live chip timing. Runners need to carry their own kit including a backpack or vest, water, food or gels, a charged phone and a lightweight jacket. A cut-off will be applied for safety reasons.
