About Black Hill Run
Set in the Dorset village of Bere Regis, the Black Hill Run takes place on 19 September 2027 as a trail running event featuring mixed terrain of gravel, sand and mud with trees and hills throughout the course. Two distances are on offer: 5 km and 10 km, both chip-timed and starting from Bere Regis Village Hall.
Runners finishing the course return to the Scout HQ for refreshments. The event welcomes canicross entrants, who may compete with a human companion under full UK CaniCross rules. Proceeds support the operation and development of Bere Regis Scout Group, which serves members aged 6 to 25.
