About Boar's Head Hill Race
The Boar's Head Hill Race covers a 13 km trail route with 402 metres of climbing across the Poynton area of the Peak District. Held on 9 June 2027, this fell race starts and finishes at the Boar's Head Hotel on Shrigley Road North and is open to runners aged 18 and over.
The course is classified as Category BM. Entry is available on the day, and teams are welcome to compete together. The event is sanctioned by UK Athletics through the FRA.
