About Bradenham Blast
Held on the Bradenham Estate in the Chiltern Hills, this September trail race draws runners seeking a challenging route through woodland and open countryside. The event offers three distances—5 km, 10 km and 13.1 miles—all starting from The Green in Bradenham, Buckinghamshire on 6 September 2026.
The 10 km course, the flagship distance, features four climbs totalling around 251 metres of elevation gain as it winds through beech woodland, wide field margins and rugged trails within the nature reserve. A sweeping final 3 km descent leads towards the finish. Runners experience varied terrain and extensive views across the Chiltern landscape throughout the event.
The Bradenham Blast is known for welcoming runners of different abilities to tackle its demanding trail course set within this scenic part of the Chilterns.
