About Brockholes Bimble
Taking place on 7 May 2027, the Brockholes Bimble is a 10 km trail run based at Brockholes Nature Reserve in Preston. The 250-acre reserve, managed by the Wildlife Trust, encompasses lakes, the River Ribble, woodlands and a floating visitor centre. Runners follow marked paths around the reserve, passing several lakes, riverside stretches and wooded sections on the lap-based course.
The event is limited to 100 entrants and is open to participants aged 18 and over. Medical cover will be provided, and the route is fully marked. Refreshments including water, cordial and cola will be available on the day.
