About Broughshane 5 Race
Runners aged 16 and over can test themselves on an officially measured 5-mile road course in Broughshane on Monday 17 August 2026. The race starts at 7pm outside Broughshane Community Centre on the Knockan Road.
Ballymena Runners, in conjunction with The Thatch Inn Gastro Pub, will have pacers on hand to help runners chase goal times or a personal best. Race numbers can be collected on Sunday 16 August at The Thatch Inn between 1pm and 3pm, or on race day from 4pm to 6.30pm at the Community Centre. After finishing, participants are invited to join the post-race feed at the Community Centre, with further celebration at The Thatch Inn afterwards.
Entries are capped and must be made online in advance – no on-the-night registration is available.
