About Bumble Bee Challenge Day 1
The Bumble Bee Challenge Day 1 takes place on 26 September 2026 at Littleham Sports Hall in East Devon. This is a 7-hour trail event where participants can run or walk a 5.3k tarmac out-and-back route as many times as they wish during the day. The course features gentle inclines and declines with glimpses of the sea along the way, and its back-and-forth nature means plenty of opportunity to see other runners throughout the challenge.
Event day facilities include a staffed HQ where runners can collect their race number and access refreshments, including food, water, squash and soft drinks. A baggage storage area is available, and participants can return to the start area between laps. All runners receive a bespoke medal and goody bag upon completion.
