About Cademuir Rollercoaster
Cademuir Rollercoaster returns for its 13th edition on 16 August 2026, with two trail races across the open grassy slopes of Cademuir Hill, south of Peebles in the Scottish Borders. Runners can choose between a 3 km or 6 km course, both featuring significant climbing.
The races are organised under Scottish Athletics and UK Athletics rules, with junior results contributing to Scottish Athletics hill race league standings. Senior winners and specified age categories receive prizes. Race numbers are collected from Peebles High School Sports Hall on the day, with online entry preferred due to limited on-the-day availability.
