About Cardiff MoRun
Cardiff MoRun welcomes runners of all abilities looking for a fun, sociable event with a charitable heart. Taking place on 1 November 2026 at Coopers Field, the race supports Movember and offers distances to suit everyone: a 1.5 km mini run for children, a 5 km option, 10 km, and a half marathon over road terrain.
The emphasis is firmly on enjoyment and community.
