About Chasewater Easter Egg Challenge | 20K
Trail running around Chasewater Reservoir forms the basis of this Easter event, with an undulating multi-terrain course that loops around the water's edge. Runners can choose from five distances on 28 March 2027: a junior 0.6km option, or 5km, 10km, 15km and 20km routes, with longer distances completed over multiple laps of the same circuit.
The event at Chasewater Innovation Centre in Lichfield caters to all abilities across its distance range. Many participants embrace the Easter theme by dressing in costume, contributing to the friendly, inclusive atmosphere the race has built up over the years. Water stations are positioned at the start of each lap for runners tackling 10km or longer.
