About Cowdray Estate Trail Run Series
Raw Energy Pursuits and Cowdray have created a seasonal trail running series across the Cowdray Estate near Midhurst, with four races scheduled throughout 2026 and 2027. The autumn instalment takes place on 10 October 2026, offering 5 km, 10 km and 10 mile trail routes on the estate.
Runners can enter by age category, with the 5 km and 10 km distances open to those aged 15 and over, and the 10 mile reserved for runners aged 18 and above. Those taking on multiple races in the series can accumulate points toward season-long honours across the 5 km and 10 km categories, with prizes awarded for individual race winners and series champions.
