About Cross Keys Road & Fell Relay
This relay suits runners who enjoy variety and teamwork. The Cross Keys Road & Fell Relay takes place on 19 September 2026 in Uppermill, in the South West Pennines region of Greater Manchester. Teams of four runners tackle a mix of road and fell terrain across approximately 5 km total, with around 150 m of climbing. Competitors must be at least 16 years old.
The event requires full body cover for the route and includes a kit check before racing. It has UK Athletics insurance and operates under permit. Both pre-entry and on-the-day entry are available. Parking is available but runners are asked not to use the pub car park at the Cross Keys Inn, the race headquarters on Church Road.
