A 10.8 km trail race in the South West Pennines near Haworth, the Daleside Brewery Auld Lang Syne takes place on New Year's Eve 2026 at Penistone Hill Country Park. The course incorporates approximately 300 metres of climb across terrain that rewards fell running experience.
Organised under UK Athletics rules with FRA permit and insurance, the event welcomes competitors aged 18 and over, including team entries. Chip timing is being used for the first time in 2026. All finishers receive a bottle of Daleside beer, with coffee and biscuits available after the race. Pre-entry is required, with places limited to 450 runners.
