About Dark Skies Series
Running through the winter months from November 2026 to March 2027, the Dark Skies Series offers night trail running across Somerset. Based at South Road in Brean, the series comprises four distinct events with participants able to enter individual races or commit to the full collection.
Each event features trail running in darkness, with 5 km and 10 km distances available. The series welcomes participants aged eight and over. Runners can enter single races or take on all four dates as a series challenge.
