About Dartmoor Way 100 Full Circle
Running the Dartmoor Way 100 Full Circle takes place on 2 October 2026 as a continuous 100 mile trail ultra circumnavigating Dartmoor. Starting and finishing at OCRA Pavilion in the Park in Okehampton, the route follows the waymarked Dartmoor Way around the northern and southern sections of the moor, covering over 4,000m of ascent across rocky and boggy moorland, ancient tracks, woodland and riverside trails, green lanes and quiet country roads.
Competitors must navigate the full circuit and visit six indoor checkpoints within a 34 hour time limit. The event is designed for experienced ultra runners with previous long distance experience and mandatory race kit. GPS tracking runs throughout, with checkpoints providing food and drink support and an experienced event and medical team on hand.
