About Dash in the Dark
Dash in the Dark takes runners onto the trails of Llandegla Forest for an evening 6.4 km route with around 229 metres of climbing. Taking place on 6 November 2026 at Llandegla Forest Visitor Centre near Ruthin, the course is partially marked, and a safety briefing is held before the start.
Participants must bring compulsory kit including a headtorch (with at least two hours of good lighting), whistle, waterproof top, hat and gloves. The event is insured by the Welsh Fell Runners Association.
