About Denbies Marathon & Half Marathon
Denbies Marathon & Half Marathon takes runners to the wine estate in Dorking for trail racing on Saturday 19 June 2027. Participants can choose between the 13 mile half marathon or 26 mile marathon distance, both routed off-road through the Mole Valley landscape. The course uses a single 1 mile loop with small additional sections, described as relatively flat with gentle inclines and cambers.
The event runs a long start window stretching from Saturday into Sunday, giving runners flexibility to begin in the evening or at night. Participants have up to 30 hours to complete their chosen distance, and the option to run multiple races within the event window is available. The race is fully chip timed and an attended event, though a virtual option is also offered for those unable to race on site. All finishers receive a medal or memento.
