About East Devon Round
East Devon's rolling countryside and ancient woodland form the backdrop for a trail running weekend spanning 30 April to 2 May 2027. Based at Offwell Church of England Primary School, the East Devon Round offers four distances—15, 31, 38 and 68 miles—across marked routes that take in the Jurassic Coast and Iron Age forts. The weekend is structured as UTMB Index events with live GPS tracking, supported by aid stations, marshals and event transport between locations.
Runners can camp on-site at headquarters throughout the weekend, with food provided across the three days. Finishers receive a t-shirt, medal and warm meal. On the final day, a Big Breakfast and the East Devon Mini Round (which accepts on-the-day entries with a charity donation) complement the main races. Guided recce runs of the routes are available in the months leading up to the event.
