A 10 km trail run taking in some of East Sussex's most dramatic coastal scenery, this Endurancelife event is based in Eastbourne and follows routes that hug the clifftop landscape around the Seven Sisters and English Channel. Runners pass through both Eastbourne and Seaford, traversing terrain within the eastern section of the South Downs National Park.
Expect a strenuous challenge across chalk and forest underfoot, with rolling downland and significant elevation changes. The marked course includes electronic timing with split times, and finishers receive a medal. The event runs from Helen Gardens with on-site facilities and parking available. Participants contribute to the season leaderboard with their completion.
