About EpicTrails - Guided Run
On 17 September 2026, EpicTrails runs a 10 km guided trail run from South Lodge Carpark in Mugdock, Stirling. The route incorporates sections of the Clyde Coastal Path and the West Highland Way alongside other local trails, starting in daylight and finishing as darkness falls.
A qualified, insured and first aid trained guide leads the group at a social pace with regroups along the way, ensuring no one is left behind. Trail shoes and a head torch are mandatory kit. Group numbers are limited to 14 to maintain safety. The runs operate on a not-for-profit basis, with any surplus funds donated to local charity.
