About Fit Body Farm OCR
Held at a farm location in East Ayrshire, the Fit Body Farm OCR on 3 October 2026 offers two distinct racing formats across trail terrain. The 3km obstacle course features approximately 25 obstacles spread across fields, short hills, burns and trails, welcoming participants from age 5 upwards. A shorter 400m sprint course with 12 obstacles runs as part of the OCR Sprint UK Speed series and is open to runners aged 10 and over, with a format of timed runs progressing to semi-finals and finals.
Both courses operate with on-course marshals recording times and penalties. Obstacles are mandatory or single-attempt, with a one-minute penalty applied for each failed obstacle. Runners aged 10 and over can enter both the 3km and 400m events. Competitive results in the 400m series require British Obstacle Sports membership. Toilet facilities are available on site.
