About Gear 10K
King's Lynn's historic character provides the backdrop for this flat road 10K through the Norfolk market town. Starting from Tuesday Market Place, the course winds through the town centre before heading alongside the River Great Ouse and through The Walks, passing landmarks including the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower. The largely traffic-free route offers fast running conditions for the main race.
A 1.9 km Mini GEAR also takes place as part of the event programme, while corporate teams can enter the separate team challenge. Chip timing provides individual results for all participants.
