About Goole Riverbank Challenge 10k
The Goole Riverbank Challenge 10k takes runners along the banks of the River Ouse on 18 July 2027, starting from Costa in Goole. This 10 km trail route is predominantly riverside, with a short section on paths and just two road crossings, keeping most of the course traffic-free and offering open views across the water. The terrain is undulating and varied, presented as an experience rather than a race purely against the clock.
The event extends beyond the 10k itself. Afterwards, activities continue at Goole Town Cricket Club, featuring a children's fun run, food vendors, children's activities, live entertainment and the cricket club bar throughout the day, making it a full community occasion.
