About Gr8 Dundrum Run
A mix of road and beach running awaits participants in the Gr8 Dundrum Run, held on 17 October 2026 in County Down. The longer 8.4-mile route takes in Murlough Nature Reserve with its distinctive coastal scenery, combining road, beach and boardwalk sections. Those preferring a shorter outing can choose the 3.5-mile road course. Both distances start from Dundrum Main Street.
Organised by Murlough AC in partnership with the National Trust, the event has become established on the Northern Ireland racing calendar.
