On Sunday, 11 October 2026, Grafham Water hosts a 10 km trail race around the reservoir near Huntingdon. The fully marked and marshalled route uses sections of the Three Shires Way bridleway, with GPX files available for route planning. The event takes place at Marlow Park, and runners should wear trail shoes or footwear with good grip.
Participants need to bring a fully charged mobile phone and a personal cup, as the event operates on a cupless basis. Water stations will be stationed along the course, and professional first aid cover will be available at the start and finish. The race has a four-hour cut-off time. In-ear headphones are not permitted, though bone-conduction devices are allowed. Dogs cannot take part in the race.
