About Gremlins Christmas Half & Marathons
The Gremlins Christmas Half & Marathons takes place over the weekend of 4-6 December 2026 around Caldecotte Lake in Milton Keynes. Runners can choose between the half marathon distance of 13.1 miles or the full marathon at 26.2 miles, with both courses following scenic laps on predominantly hard compacted gravel terrain with some grass sections and a couple of minor inclines.
Based at Caldecotte Pub and Grill near the Premier Inn on Lakeside Grove, the event is conveniently positioned close to major transport links: around 500 yards from the A5, three miles from the M1 junction, and two miles from Bletchley train station. Free car parking is available on site. Each finisher receives a bespoke limited edition medal, and results and photos are provided after the race.
