On Sunday 29 August 2027, Hardmoors 26.2: Roseberry brings three trail distances to Guisborough. Runners can choose between 9 km, 15 miles or 30 miles over terrain starting and finishing at Gisborough Priory. The event welcomes a maximum of 330 entrants.
This is a self-navigating event: routes are not marked, and competitors must print and carry their own maps and route descriptions along with GPX files provided beforehand. A comprehensive kit list is mandatory, including waterproof jacket, hat or neckwear, gloves, water or sports drink, emergency survival bag, foil blanket and whistle. Runners should also bring their own cup for drinks at checkpoints and the finish. Parking at the venue is limited, so nearby car parks are recommended.
