About Harewood Forest Trail Race
The Harewood Forest Trail Race takes place on 3 May 2027 at the White Lion in Test Valley, Hampshire. This 10 km trail event winds through Harewood Forest over undulating terrain, passing through bluebell woods and fields. The route combines forest trails and tracks with tarmac, dirt and single-track sections, so runners should prepare for rough ground, overhanging trees, mud and ruts. The course is marked with kilometre markers, tape, signs and flags, with marshals stationed throughout and one road crossing to navigate.
Facilities at race HQ include toilets, parking on the sports field and post-race refreshments for purchase. First aid cover is available on the course and at the finish. Participants must bring their own cup or bottle as the event is cupless, and there is no bag drop. The race is open to runners aged 12 and over, with entries by pre-registration only. Proceeds benefit Wherwell Playing Fields Association and Wherwell School PTA.
