About Harling 10K
Harling 10K takes runners on a mixed terrain 10K course through and around East Harling in Norfolk. Established in 2012 by Harling Athletics Club, the event blends faster road sections with woodland paths, offering varied footing across its ten-kilometre distance. The current route has been in place since 2015 and has become the benchmark for the race's course records.
The event has built a welcoming local reputation over more than a decade. Post-race cake is a longstanding tradition at the finish, providing a relaxed conclusion to the morning's running. The race takes place on 6 September 2026.
