About Harting Multi-terrain '10'
A 10-mile multi-terrain race through the South Downs National Park, the Harting Multi-Terrain '10' takes runners across private lanes, gravel tracks, bridgeways and footpaths. Organised by Liss Runners and held at War Memorial Sports Ground in South Harting on 1 August 2027, the course features mile markers and two water stations along the route.
The event welcomes runners aged 18 and over. A concurrent kids fun run for ages 4 to 14 takes place at race HQ. Facilities include free parking, portable toilets, and refreshments served from the Pavilion. All finishers receive a medal, with additional trophies and cash prizes for top finishers in male, female and veterans categories (V40, V50, V60 and V70). The race supports the Rosemary Foundation, a local hospice-at-home charity. Runners should be capable of completing the course within 2 hours 30 minutes.
