About Heart and Soul Fest
Heart and Soul Fest welcomes runners of all abilities to a coastal trail running experience that doubles as a festival weekend. Held across 30 July to 1 August at Druridge Country Park in Hadston, the event sits on the Northumberland coast and offers flexible formats: solo runners or teams of up to twelve can tackle 4-hour, 12-hour or 24-hour challenges on a 2.2-mile looped trail course, setting their own pace throughout the weekend.
Beyond the running, the festival atmosphere includes live music, a wellness village with yoga, pilates, saunas and ice baths, and food vendors. Participants can arrive on the Friday to camp on-site and join the pre-party, then stay through to Sunday afternoon. The terrain is trail-based across the surrounding Northumberland countryside, with organisers noting that the setting provides opportunities to experience local sunrises and sunsets.
