About Heights Ultra Trail
Heights Ultra Trail (HUTFEST) takes place on 18 September 2027 at Christ Church in Kirklees, West Yorkshire. This charity trail festival offers four distances—10 km, 27 km, 50 km and 50 miles—across the moorlands and Pennine trails of the region. Now in its sixth year, the event supports local rural primary schools and mountain rescue teams.
The festival welcomes runners of all experience levels, from those tackling their first trail race to seasoned ultra runners. Feed stations are positioned throughout the courses, with hot food and snacks catered to various dietary requirements. HUTFEST combines the challenge of trail running with a community-focused atmosphere designed to bring runners together while exploring West Yorkshire's landscapes.
