Holcombe Two Towers takes runners across Holcombe Moor on a steep fell race covering 4 miles (6.5 km) with 400 m of ascent. Based at the Hare & Hounds pub in Bury, the course winds through Redisher Woods and along Holcombe Old Road, featuring numerous climbs across varied terrain. The race takes place on Wednesday 25 August 2027.
This is a fell race requiring FRA registration and full kit. Organisers will confirm on the evening what additional kit, if anything, must be carried. A cut-off time of one hour and fifteen minutes applies when returning to Moorbottom Road for the second time. As daylight fades during the race, particularly through Redisher Woods toward the finish, slower runners may need a headtorch.
