About Horsted Keynes Fun Run
The Horsted Keynes Fun Run takes runners across the countryside around Mid Sussex on 19 September 2026, using a mix of footpaths, bridleways and country lanes. The undulating trail course features uneven ground, mud, tree roots, slopes, gates and stiles, with livestock potentially nearby. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Based at Victoria Cottages, this community fundraising event welcomes up to 150 participants who keep their own times. Marshals will be on course and a qualified first aider will be present, though the route includes roads that remain open to traffic, so runners should follow marshal instructions and take care at road crossings. Facilities at race headquarters are limited. The money raised is split equally between Rocking Horse Children's Charity and The Friends Of St Giles PTA.
