About Huntly Room to Run
Huntly Room To Run takes runners on a trail journey through Aberdeenshire's countryside and historic landmarks. Starting from the town square, the routes pass beneath the Simpson Building's arch and along a tree-lined avenue toward Huntly Castle before crossing the Deveron River. The 5 km race heads back to town via the Jubilee footpath, while the 10 km and half marathon (13.1 miles) continue up Marquis Drive and into Bin Forest, combining road and forest trail as they explore the picturesque landscape surrounding this market town.
The event takes place on 5 September 2026, with three distances available for runners of different abilities.
