About I'm Not Throwing Away My Shot Run
This timed trail challenge at Thames Edge Court in Surrey takes place on 15 August 2026 across a 7 km loop, with runners free to complete as many laps as they wish within the seven-hour window. The 3 km and 5 km points offer turnaround options for shorter distances, while those targeting longer goals can work towards a half marathon (three laps), marathon (six laps), ultra-marathon (seven or more laps), or the full 50 km distance.
Participants receive support at a fuel table positioned at the start and finish of each lap. Medals and goody bags go to finishers, with special distance pins available for those completing half marathon distances and beyond.
