About Insane Terrain
Insane Terrain takes runners off-road across trail courses dotted with water, mud, slides and bridges. Taking place on 23 August 2026 near March in Cambridgeshire, participants can choose between 3 km, 5 km or 10 km distances suited to different abilities. The event welcomes all ages, though children aged 6 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult, and those aged 16 to 17 need parental consent.
The day includes a pre-race warm-up led by a fitness instructor and a safety briefing covering course hazards. Medical staff are on site throughout, and outdoor shower facilities are available at the finish to rinse off. Free parking is provided, and spectators are welcome to watch from designated viewing points around the course.
