About Keswick Sports Fell Race
Keswick Sports Fell Race takes place at Fitz Park Cricket Pavilion in Braithwaite on Sunday 16 August 2026. This 3-mile fell race climbs approximately 290 metres over trail terrain, with the route fully flagged. The event holds an FRA permit and UK Athletics insurance.
Entry is available on the day at the Pavilion. The main race is open to participants aged 13 and over. Junior competitors aged 6 to 12 can take part in a free cross country style race in the park. The event also includes a separate mile race. Course records stand at 16:37 (male, set in 1984) and 20:00 (female, set in 2005).
