About Kirkcaldy Parks Running Festival Half Marathon
Held on 30 August 2026, the Kirkcaldy Parks Running Festival Half Marathon takes runners on a 13.1-mile road route through Fife that weaves together several of the town's green spaces. The course passes through Beveridge Park, Dunnikier Park and Ravenscraig Park before heading out onto the coastal path, where sea views accompany the route through the historic area of Dysart.
The final miles bring runners into Kirkcaldy's newly refurbished Waterfront, incorporating a measured mile section on flatter terrain. The route overall combines a mix of hills, flat sections and downhill stretches across its road surface.
