About Lee Mill Relays
The Lee Mill Relays takes runners to the South and West Pennines near Bacup in Lancashire. This 10.7 km trail relay, held on 29 November 2026, covers 340 metres of climbing along the River Irwell. The event requires runners to have competence in fell running, pacing and navigation on tricky ground.
The race is open to adults aged 18 and over and operates under UK Athletics insurance. Entry places are limited to 120 teams. Male and female course records stand at 03:18:48 and 03:48:11 respectively.
