About Leeds Half Marathon
The Leeds Half Marathon draws runners of all abilities to one of Yorkshire's most celebrated road races. Starting at AMT Headingley Stadium on 9 May 2027, the 13.1-mile route winds through Leeds' streets, passing through Adel and Otley before returning to finish on the stadium pitch itself. Wave starts mean everyone, whether first-timer or experienced, can run at their own pace.
The event has built its reputation since 2003 as a community occasion with strong crowd support throughout the route. Runners finish within the grounds of Headingley Stadium, home to Yorkshire Cricket and Leeds Rhinos. An Event Village with food, drink and partner charities accompanies the race day experience.
