About Lewes Downland Santa Fun Run
Lewes Athletic Club organises this festive trail running event on 20 December 2026, with proceeds going to Friends of Lewes Victoria Hospital to fund equipment for the hospital. Participants choose from three distances—5 km, 10 km or 15 km—across the Lewes downland trails, starting from Wallands Primary School where runners collect their bib and Santa hat on the day.
The main races are open to adults aged 18 and over, with both affiliated and unaffiliated entry options available. Christmas fancy dress is welcome but entirely optional. The event runs under UK Athletics rules.
