About Moonlit Meadow Run
The Moonlit Meadow Run originated the Dark Skies Series, a collection of night trail running events now established across Somerset. This double gold award-winning event takes place on 6 February 2027 and offers 5 km and 10 km trail options, with the longer distance completed over two laps of the same course.
Set within walking distance of Taunton town centre, the route winds through Longrun Meadow, Silk Mills and French Weir Park on traffic-free terrain. The course is flat throughout, making it accessible for those chasing a personal best or new to trail running.
